- Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, including negotiating commercial terms and service level agreements
- Fluency in English for negotiation with suppliers; other EMEA languages are a plus
- Strong analytical skills (cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier selection)
- Self-motivation and ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership skills and teamwork
- Innovativeness in strategic sourcing and supplier relations
- Excellent presentation and influential skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers
- Logistics sourcing, operations, or PMO background advantageous
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- MBA level qualification
Aufgaben
- Oversee sourcing operations for logistics commodities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for logistics service providers
- Lead regional and subsidiary RFPs for top spending
- Manage supplier selection and segmentation in the EMEA region
- Facilitate ongoing hopper filling for logistics services
- Create and maintain category-specific knowledge assets and market intelligence
- Enhance logistics sourcing team effectiveness through training
- Align priorities with regional benchmarking and business groups
- Ensure compliance with Global Procurement standards
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of sourcing professionals
