EMEA Demand Planner(m/w/x)
Aligning EMEA demand plans with business strategy through S&OP and market intelligence integration. Previous planning or logistics experience required. Collaboration with global teams, Kinaxis cloud-based solutions, and SAP/APO familiarity.
Anforderungen
- Previous experience in planning or logistics
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, planning systems, forecasting techniques, and statistics
- Experience with demand and DRP planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis cloud-based solutions) and familiarity with SAP/APO
- Excellent communication skills, assertive engagement
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, adaptable, process improvement initiation
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Business & Engineering, or related fields
- Strong multi-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
- Experience managing complex portfolios with variable demand patterns, seasonal fluctuations, or promotional cycles; proven consistent performance is a strong plus
- APICS certification (or equivalent) is desirable
- Ability to support line manager in driving and implementing change management initiatives
- Up to 10% domestic/international travel

- Participate in the S&OP process
- Align demand plan with business plan
- Collect and validate Market Intelligence
- Integrate Market Intelligence with Business Teams
- Coordinate demand-planning exceptions
- Support demand-planning activities
- Incorporate Market Intelligence into demand plan
- Optimise statistical forecasts
- Monitor forecast accuracy
- Implement corrective actions
- Ensure data integrity
- Forecast finished goods for EMEA
- Conduct what-if simulations
- Evaluate forecast scenarios
- Lead project-management initiatives
- Support project-management initiatives
- Provide demand inputs to Supply and Production Planning
- Develop strategies to balance cost and cash
- Maximise service levels
