- Plan and execute event logistics and follow-up
- Collaborate with culinary, F&B, and housekeeping departments
- Coordinate with front office and other internal teams
- Handle quotes, bookings, and payments
- Generate event-related reports
- Nurture relationships with agencies and corporate partners
- Apply commercial strategies to grow visibility and revenue
- Monitor market trends and guest satisfaction
