- Lead disaster recovery efforts
- Govern vendor and SLA agreements
- Strengthen internal capabilities across CX, platforms, SAP, architecture, data, and cybersecurity
- Reduce reliance on external integrators
- Embed strong internal service ownership
- Build a deep internal knowledge base
- Provide full transparency of IT costs
- Ensure disciplined IT investment decisions
- Support program benefit realization
- Manage sustainable post-transformation run costs
- Position IT investment as a strategic capability
- Drive IT enablement for M&A integrations and carveouts
- Balance innovation velocity with architectural discipline
