- Manage budgeting and cost for operations and competence center
- Leverage near-shoring for cost efficiency
- Own delivery for projects and small IT orders
- Oversee risk management and governance exceptions
- Track architectural debts and vulnerabilities
- Focus on achieving optimal outcomes for internal clients
