- Experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping

- Experience in complex stakeholder scenarios and cross-functional problem solving
- Advanced understanding of IT procedures and policies
- End-to-end business processes knowledge
- Flexibility to manage multiple shifts of IT resources in a factory environment
Aufgaben
- Build and provide specific IT solutions and services
- Consult with regional and site business unit leads on IT topics
- Manage local business relationships for IT service performance
- Aggregate demand for new and improved IT services
- Ensure overall business satisfaction with IT services
- Deliver IT infrastructure and applications to the site
- Manage ticketing and escalation processes
- Lead a multi-country team of IT specialists
- Manage vendor relationships for service delivery
- Ensure adherence to service delivery processes and procedures
- Interface with business stakeholders on IT-related topics
- Support global IT projects and Hub implementation
- Develop and manage an organizational entity for IT service delivery
- Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery and cybersecurity management
- Prioritize tasks to manage global, regional, and local requirements
- Ensure compliance with local laws and IT controls
- Guide and develop team members in line with HR policies
