In this dynamic 18-month program, you will support the Alternative Funds team by conducting investment due diligence, monitoring investments, and creating essential reports. The role also involves engaging with fund managers and contributing to marketing efforts for alternative funds.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• •2-3 years of professional experience
• •Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
• •Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
• •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• •Service-oriented mindset with dedication to client support
• •Systematic, precise, and resilient working style
• •Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage
• •Fluency in working with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• •Eligibility to work in the country of application

Aufgaben

• •Support investment due diligence on private markets funds
• •Monitor existing investments
• •Collect and process performance, exposure, and attribution data
• •Create and maintain databases and models in Excel and other tools
• •Participate in meetings and calls with managers and GPs, and write minutes and quarterly reviews
• •Assist with the quarterly reporting cycle by providing investment content
• •Promote and position alternative funds in client portfolios, including creating marketing materials and presentations
• •Provide active support for fund inquiries, education, and initiatives
• •Assist with alternative funds-related projects across the bank
• •Develop due diligence skills and build personal coverage over time
