- Understanding of global macroeconomic topics
- High level of initiative and strategic thinking
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
- Ability to develop networks between investment managers and DB stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Native-level proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Additional languages are a plus
- MBA, CFA, or a master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
Aufgaben
- Lead the investment due diligence process
- Source and evaluate potential fund investments
- Execute investments across all Private Markets asset classes
- Prepare investment concept papers and memoranda
- Develop financial models and presentation materials
- Perform qualitative and quantitative due diligence for Investment Committee review
- Monitor performance of existing Private Markets funds
- Conduct ongoing reviews with fund managers
- Support Front Office and Private Bankers with product updates
- Provide training on Private Markets
- Coordinate onboarding of new product offerings for the PB platform
- Participate in meetings with fund managers
