- Willingness and ability to travel around 25%
- An advanced degree is a plus

- Monitor and analyze healthcare policies in Switzerland and Austria
- Influence regulations with a focus on reimbursement and market access
- Lead reimbursement submissions and translate requirements into internal deliverables
- Interpret tariffs and evidence requirements to support business decisions
- Represent the company in trade associations and drive healthcare policy agendas
- Build and maintain relationships with government, payers, and medical associations
- Provide strategic support by anticipating market access needs
- Develop and implement tailored business strategies
