Anforderungen

- Understanding of surgical innovation products
- Ability to manage large strategic accounts
- Proven track record in driving sales growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
- Experience providing guidance, coaching, and training to sales professionals
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong IT skills
Aufgaben
- Develop and nurture relationships with Senior and C-Suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Surgical Innovation team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to expand market share and secure long-term agreements
- Create customized, value-added programs based on assigned accounts' strategic priorities
- Implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives and target results
- Identify sales growth opportunities with key accounts in the surgical field
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and develop new accounts
- Participate in team projects to meet account and business objectives
- Provide support and training to other sales professionals
- Secure effective agreements within the surgical portfolio
- Work independently to build a network of relationships with partners
- Drive adoption of surgical innovation solutions to meet sales targets
- Influence partners through advanced negotiation and presentations
