Aufgaben
- Provide clinical case support for Essential Therapy Accounts
- Support aftercare for Neuro Key Accounts
- Monitor surgical procedures in neuromodulation
- Follow programming of implants and instruct on devices
- Conduct patient follow-up care in selected clinics
- Plan and coordinate specific support for new products
- Implement strategic measures for product launches
- Enhance appreciation of therapy offerings
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on customer events
- Implement software updates on programming devices
- Manage customer data in Salesforce Lightning CRM
- Assist with administrative-operational tasks
- Meet or exceed personal territory sales targets
- Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, and contracts
- Bill material consumption and maintain inventory
