- Knowledge of Dermatology Immunology stakeholders
- Experience leading teams and brand strategies
- Experience managing global brands
- Product launch and pre-launch experience
- Credibility in P&L management
- Cross-functional enterprise leadership skills
- Stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Collaborative work in matrixed environments
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Valid passport
Aufgaben
- Report to the Global Head of Immunology
- Serve on the Immunology Franchise Leadership Team
- Manage assets from Proof of Clinical Concept to launch
- Orchestrate end-to-end commercialization for medicines and vaccines
- Drive standardized, AI-powered launch excellence
- Develop disease area strategies and co-positioning narratives
- Oversee market development and pre-launch plans
- Partner with Wave 1 countries and Global Brand Teams
- Direct institutional learning and market shaping
- Commission rapid insights work
- Connect with KOLs and patient advocacy groups
- Ensure rigorous launch readiness management
- Lead launch readiness reviews with senior management
- Communicate launch barriers and opportunities
- Own the Global P&L for dermatology brands
- Oversee strategic and financial planning
- Develop sales and expense forecasts
- Lead vision and strategy for launch brands
- Support Wave 2+ country launches
- Provide commercial direction on pipeline planning
- Support program teams through the governance process
- Communicate requirements for regulatory approval and market access
- Define market differentiation for new products
- Align business development roadmaps with TA strategy
- Evaluate commercial synergies with the TA portfolio
- Build and develop a best-in-class team
- Foster strong coordination across functions
- Collaborate daily with medical, regulatory, and digital teams
