Anforderungen
- Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 10 years supply chain management experience with sustainability focus
- Proven leadership in strategy and roadmap creation
- Experience preferably within global or large-scale organizations
- Strong expertise in materials sustainability standards
- Familiarity with ISO 14040/14044, ISO 14067, Greenhouse Gas Protocol
- Extensive experience with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)
- Extensive experience with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)
- Experience implementing global sustainability programs
- Strong leadership skills
- Track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives
- Experience in complex, international environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent influencing skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to inspire change at all organization levels
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end management of Material Sustainability pillar
- Align methodologies for environmental impact assessments
- Define and implement sustainability processes
- Monitor progress across the business unit
- Support business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Drive supply chain sustainability strategy
- Focus on material sustainability and business alignment
- Monitor sustainability trends and regulations
- Integrate trends into plans and processes
- Standardize material sustainability processes
- Ensure effective implementation across the supply chain
- Lead sustainability improvement initiatives
- Focus on decarbonization and supplier engagement
- Track sustainability performance
- Drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain material sustainability data
- Enable consistent LCA, EPD, and PCF assessments
- Partner with suppliers and stakeholders
- Advance emission reduction and sustainable practices
- Deliver training on sustainability best practices
- Promote best practices across the SCM community
- Align methodologies for material environmental impact assessments
- Apply evolving standards
- Support supplier requirements
- Guide material selection
- Manage environmental claims
- Handle customer sustainability requests
