- Ensure consistent safety culture
- Oversee corporate facilities
- Define and implement HSSE strategy

- Liaise with regulatory bodies
- Ensure full compliance
- Maintain relationships with authorities
- Report on safety performance
- Drive improvement actions
- Provide strategic leadership in Facility Management
- Share best practices with other locations
- Act as primary point of contact
- Collaborate with subsidiaries and external stakeholders
- Manage HSE and facilities contracts
- Ensure cost efficiency
- Maintain strong contractual performance
- Align HSSE standards with corporate workplace execution
- Lead and coach HSSE and Facilities Management teams
- Foster quality, accountability, safety, and customer service
- Act as single point of accountability
