Aufgaben

Contribute to the strategic vision and direction of the Integrated Workforce Strategies Chapter
Seek opportunities for innovation and value creation
Work with Chapter Leads, Areas of Practice Leads, and IWS Partners
Ensure fulfillment of the chapter vision and strategy
Ensure excellent delivery of priorities
Inspire and engage chapter members to collaborate across the network
Contribute towards Roche’s 10 Year Ambitions and People & Culture North Star
Set the strategic direction for the Executive Recruiting & Pipelining practice area
Set conditions to empower prioritization and decision making
Provide coaching and development opportunities
Be accountable for Pipelining and Succession & Talent Management philosophy, strategies, and activities
Drive the shift from position-based pipelines to skill-based pipelines
Combine internal and external talent within one pipeline
Evaluate the use of AI to increase experience, quality, and efficiency
Be accountable for Executive Recruitment philosophy, strategy, and activities
Reduce dependence on external agencies for executive hirings
Increase understanding of the external talent landscape and market intelligence
Act as an advisor to the business and leadership teams
Understand strategic business objectives and needs
Prepare and facilitate key People Discussions on divisional and corporate levels
Provide strategic leadership for the chapter
Contribute to chapter vision, strategy, planning, budgeting, governance, and organization design
Act as Chapter Architect / Spine reviewer on practice-related topics
Drive the One Roche mindset within the practice
Foster capability development for the practice
Catalyze action through the formation of squad teams
Monitor and drive completion of work in the practice area globally
Ensure adherence to governance and delegations of authority
Drive harmonization of processes and practices
Define quality standards, service level agreements, and KPIs for the practice
Provide content requirements, guidelines, and support to the PSS chapter
Participate in staffing, coaching, and developing chapter employees
Ensure availability of capabilities according to demand
Ensure diversity in pipelines through AoP members
