- •Proven experience in international B2B marketing, ideally in life sciences or technology
- •Excellent English skills; German or other languages are a plus
- •Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- •Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, C4C) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- •Strong communication and storytelling skills
- •Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing
- •Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
- •Adaptability and ability to manage change
- •Customer-centric mindset
- •Skilled in project and budget management
- •Creative thinker with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation

- •Design and lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- •Plan and execute product launch campaigns for the components division
- •Create and manage compelling multi-channel marketing content
- •Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently
- •Analyze campaign performance to identify insights
- •Partner with regional commercial teams to align marketing and sales efforts
- •Lead and support local and global events for the Partnering Business
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with LSB Marketing, Brand, and Internal Communications
