As a Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and localizing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in Switzerland. Your role involves training sales teams, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to drive sales growth.

Anforderungen
- •University degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience
- •German (native), French (good), English (good), Italian (advantageous)
- •At least 5 years Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device Industry experience
- •Minimum 3 years in Marketing and/or Sales including working with advertising/creative agencies
- •Experience of working with MS Office
- •Customer facing and/or sales experience in healthcare environment
- •Competent use of computers including website management (e.g. AEM) and basic graphics design knowledge
- •Presentation, communication, and motivational skills
- •Ability to build and maintain excellent level of product, sales, and competition knowledge
- •Market research understanding

- •Develop marketing strategies using the marketing mix
- •Conduct product training sessions as needed
- •Localize global marketing strategies for the Swiss market
- •Contribute to product marketing plans and promotional campaigns
- •Create or localize multichannel marketing projects
- •Plan and track budgets for promotional campaigns
- •Assist in preparing plans, LBE, LRP, and S&OP
- •Collaborate with sales management and brand teams on campaign strategies
- •Organize and conduct training for sales teams
- •Coordinate with support functions like Medical and Regulatory
- •Gather competitor intelligence from the market
- •Report on marketing KPIs as required
- •Analyze KPIs to optimize campaigns and ROI
- •Create and localize marketing materials per branding guidelines
- •Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors
- •Work with leaders to create and track in-country marketing plans
- •Ensure compliance with quality system requirements
