- Collaborate with partners to codify SPS
- Document best practices and standards
- Lead SPS governance model execution
- Drive continuous improvement of SPS
- Lead and develop SPS Community of Practice
- Partner with external organizations for best practices
- Monitor and report on SPS implementation
- Support knowledge transfer to sites
- Design results-driven production system
- Maintain production system standards
