- Conduct performance reviews and capability assessments
- Lead MSAT and PTI teams to resolve technical challenges
- Implement a robust technology transfer framework
- Co-develop innovative technology platforms with R&D
- Direct global digitalization and transformation initiatives
- Coach and lead high-performance global operations teams
