  • •Experience in biotech or pharma
  • •Deep MSAT/Engineering understanding

  • •Leadership strength in vision and execution

  • •Collaborate with senior management to identify improvement opportunities
  • •Integrate Operational Excellence with Digital & Analytics technologies
  • •Educate senior leaders on using OE/Lean and digital measures
  • •Support decision-making and take accountability for improvement plans
  • •Lead complex improvement initiatives using OE and Digital methodologies
  • •Monitor performance and promote Lean practices
  • •Identify and address potential roadblocks
  • •Guide senior and function managers on Lean Leadership
  • •Build skills and mindsets across the network
  • •Facilitate a unified digital community
  • •Engage PTT Leaders to uncover needs and remove barriers
  • •Align with other PT OE Partners for cohesive solutions
  • •Communicate clearly and foster collaboration
