- Identify and address potential roadblocks
- Guide senior and function managers on Lean Leadership
- Build skills and mindsets across the network
- Facilitate a unified digital community
- Engage PTT Leaders to uncover needs and remove barriers
- Align with other PT OE Partners for cohesive solutions
- Communicate clearly and foster collaboration
