- Strong expertise: quality systems, QMS governance, RCA, 8D, Lean
- Experience in automotive, rail, or heavy equipment environments
- Strong plus: APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA knowledge
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Advantage: Familiarity with IRIS, EN/IEC standards, regulatory requirements (traction/railway)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Availability to travel up to 30%
Aufgaben
- Define and deploy global quality strategies
- Ensure alignment with business priorities, quality policy, and QMS requirements
- Lead the global Quality organization
- Foster a consistent quality culture across all regions
- Establish a robust closed-loop quality cycle
- Oversee quality from development to customer feedback
- Drive global supplier quality standards
- Drive production quality assurance standards
- Drive testing and outgoing inspection standards
- Lead data-driven quality governance
- Perform quality analytics
- Identify quality risks
- Manage non-conformance
- Implement quality prevention initiatives
- Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Operations, SCM, and Customer teams
- Ensure systematic issue resolution
- Prevent issue recurrence
- Implement and oversee global quality processes
- Implement and oversee quality audits
- Implement and oversee governance models
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement frameworks
- Ensure quality involvement in product and process development
- Lead structured quality planning
- Apply APQP/PPAP where applicable
- Detect early risks in development
