Anforderungen

- Several years of experience in quality engineering in high-volume manufacturing
- Experience with process validation and industrialization
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, self-driven, and accountable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and levels
- Fluent English and German
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement supply chain quality strategy
- Define and maintain quality standards and procedures
- Establish and manage quality gates with suppliers and stakeholders
- Lead process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality requirements
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the supply process
- Serve as quality representative for high-volume parts
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Establish statistical process control methods
- Monitor key quality metrics
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma
- Manage non-conformance processes
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
