- Leadership in managing organizational transformations
- In-depth knowledge of Q2C processes
- International business travel required
Aufgaben
- Transform global Quote-to-Contract processes across regions
- Assess affiliates’ Q2C operations using questionnaires and data
- Create standardized templates for workshops to document outcomes
- Classify Long Lead Time Items through assessments with the Global Template Product team
- Use insights from SAP, Tableau, and management reports to enhance processes
- Organize and lead workshops to define objectives and resolve challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and align roadmaps
- Conduct Fit-to-Template workshops to ensure alignment with affiliate needs
- Design workshops and training programs to build affiliate capacity
