Anforderungen
- •Minimum 7 years of experience in key account management
- •Strong experience in account management or sales with deep knowledge of business-to-business sales processes
- •Understanding of technical aspects of medical technology products and services
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Ability to manage stakeholder groups from diverse cultural backgrounds
- •Strong sales project management skills
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Willingness to travel overseas for approx. 30% of working time
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, med-tech, primary packaging, secondary packaging, or drug delivery device industry
- •Understanding of technical aspects of medical technology products and services
- •German and/or Mandarin are a plus

- •Ensure transparency in contracts
- •Follow up on changes in customer requirements
- •Connect customers to the right stakeholders
- •Secure customer approval of supply agreements
- •Transfer customers to supply chain and operations
- •Address escalation risks with customers
- •Regularly meet with customers to review contracts
- •Identify and nurture stakeholder relationships
- •Collaborate with Business Development to pursue leads
