Key Account Manager Radioligand Therapy (Prostate Cancer)(m/w/x)
Account management for radioligand therapies targeting prostate cancer in Swiss oncology. 3+ years pharma sales experience in oncology with Swiss market knowledge required. High autonomy in strategic account development.
Anforderungen
- University degree in business or life sciences
- Full professional proficiency in French and English, German knowledge advantageous
- 3+ years’ experience as Field Force, KAM, or Sales Rep in pharma industry, ideally in Oncology
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss customer/marketplace and key dynamics
- Knowledge of the Swiss Healthcare System
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with entrepreneurial mindset
Aufgaben
- Drive sales and product promotion in designated accounts
- Develop customer development strategies and KAM action plans
- Align on account objectives and execute plans
- Prepare strategies and tactical plans for key accounts
- Provide strategic input through analysis and key program identification
- Analyze market situations and conduct competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with field matrix colleagues to strengthen healthcare systems
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Foster a culture of openness, accountability, and trust
