Anforderungen
- •Bachelor or Master’s in Marketing, Life Science or Business Administration
- •2-3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- •Experience in Oncology ideally
- •Experience with omnichannel activities and trends
- •Strong communication, motivation, and teamwork skills
- •Innovative, goal-oriented personality and self-motivation
- •Problem solving and solution orientation
- •Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- •Ability to identify and understand market trends
- •Understanding of Swiss healthcare environment and project management skills
- •Fluency in German and English, French advantageous

- •Develop and execute local commercial action plans
- •Localize global brand plans for the Swiss market
- •Adapt global projects to meet local strategic objectives
- •Drive cross-functional execution of stakeholder engagement plans
- •Implement omnichannel engagement strategies for commercial projects
- •Manage marketing projects with agencies from concept to implementation
- •Monitor market trends and competitor activities for insights
- •Collaborate across teams to support the product portfolio
- •Provide product-related marketing training to the sales force
- •Manage networks of consultants and agency partners
- •Create external expert engagement strategies with commercial leadership
- •Oversee monthly tactical budgets and financial reconciliations
- •Manage the promotional materials review and approval process
- •Lead product-specific segments of national and regional meetings
- •Represent the company at national and international congresses
