- •Professional experience in branded hotels, ideally Accor Group
- •Management experience in front office or rooms division
- •Very good command of hotel IT systems
- •Knowledge of front office, quality, and revenue management
- •Very good German and English, French advantageous
- •Structured, resilient, and efficient work style
- •Entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility, and teamwork
- •Communicative, engaging, and confident manner

- •Oversee front and back office organization and processes
- •Ensure smooth operations across all reception areas
- •Lead, coach, and develop the front office team
- •Manage staff deployment and departmental cost planning
- •Collaborate with booking, revenue, housekeeping, and events teams
- •Coordinate closely with the food and beverage department
- •Participate in budgeting and departmental goal setting
- •Monitor and analyze departmental performance results
- •Maintain an active presence in daily operations
- •Perform assignments as the Manager on Duty
- •Uphold Swissôtel and Accor service quality standards
