- Lead the financial reporting process
- Design and implement SoftBank IFRS reporting
- Manage opening balance sheet adjustments
- Handle purchase accounting and carve-out reporting
- Coordinate data collection with the reporting team
- Integrate reporting requirements into the consolidation system
- Interact directly with external auditors
- Address and implement auditor feedback
- Prepare complex financial disclosures
- Draft disclosures for new regulations or transactions
- Maintain detailed documentation for internal controls
- Manage the OneStream consolidation system structure
- Analyze local unit reporting for accuracy
- Review financial documents for English grammar and style
- Ensure disclosure text meets IFRS standards
- Lead and train team members in technical skills
