- •Five years insurance audit experience including IFRS 17
- •Understanding of IFRS 17 and internal controls
- •Independent and critical thinking skills
- •Proactive self and peer organization skills
- •Impactful presentation, writing, and English skills
- •Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CIA
- •Knowledge of SAP FPSL, accounting, or GRC tools
- •Experience with process improvement and control optimization
- •Change management and project management knowledge
- •Multilingual capabilities for stakeholder engagement
- •Experienced professional returning from career break
