Aufgaben
- Collaborate with customer care center to schedule service visits
- Install chromatography products and demonstrate specifications
- Train customers on chromatography instrument use
- Perform preventive maintenance on chromatography instruments
- Conduct instrument qualification activities
- Troubleshoot and analyze instrument failures
- Prepare detailed service documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
- Contribute to service performance targets
- Manage bookings, revenue, profitability, and costs
- Follow internal service procedures and customer regulations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage company assets and inventory
- Maintain company tools, software, and vehicle
- Coordinate service planning with dispatchers and team leaders
