Aufgaben
- •Set up events by moving furniture
- •Plan and execute interoffice transportation
- •Support mailroom and distribution logistics
- •Coordinate individual interoffice moves
- •Manage operational furniture and material projects
- •Log facilities issues and complete remedial actions
- •Provide high-class service and visitor experiences
- •Perform daily meeting room checks
- •Replenish stationery and maintain meeting spaces
- •Provide porterage and reception services
- •Consolidate monthly performance data for management
- •Collaborate with client and vendor partners
- •Perform small handyman and equipment repairs
- •Supervise supplier personnel and subcontractors
- •Enforce Health and Safety procedures and inductions
- •Review RAMS and approve permits to work
- •Support supplier events and financial completion
- •Purchase and set up new equipment
