- Steer country sales performance and budget fulfillment
- Initiate corrective actions and track progress with managers
- Represent own brands at store meetings and events
- Build strong relationships with country sales organizations
- Manage cross-category topics and strategic initiatives
- Handle country-level escalations and communications
- Expand online activation with e-commerce and marketing teams
- Track performance of search and retail media initiatives
- Accelerate online sales through commercial input and planning
- Implement visual merchandising and POS packages
- Collaborate with store concept and marketing teams
- Maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders
