Anforderungen
- Completed studies in business administration
- Several years of professional experience in omnichannel strategy
- Expertise in e-commerce and customer relationship management
- Sound understanding of data-driven marketing
- Strategic competence in roadmap development
- Project management experience with measurable impact
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Advanced proficiency in English, German is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Aufgaben
- Develop customer engagement strategies for growth.
- Create and enhance concepts for personalized communication.
- Define requirements with IT and business stakeholders.
- Temporarily assume PMO role for cross-channel projects.
- Prepare business cases and manage associated roadmaps.
- Create presentations and documents for stakeholders.
- Explore and evaluate innovative service providers and technologies.
- Prepare decision-making documents to optimize processes.
- Establish and evaluate KPIs and reporting structures.
- Collaborate with national and international departments for initiative implementation.
