Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or headhunting
- International exposure and focus on leadership roles
- Ideally experience at top global search firm
- Understanding of global markets and cross-cultural dynamics
- Knowledge of executive leadership competencies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in talent mapping and tracking systems
- Business fluent English and German
- Additional languages as an asset
- Hands-on executive recruiter with relationship-building skills
- Ability to deliver on tight timelines
- Confidentiality, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite and senior leadership roles
- Develop and maintain a robust network of executive-level talent
- Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence research, and competitor benchmarking
- Engage passive and active executive candidates through targeted outreach
- Build strategic relationships with potential executive talent
- Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Collaborate with leadership on succession planning needs
- Screen, interview, and assess executive candidates for cultural fit and leadership
- Evaluate technical expertise of senior-level candidates
- Manage the complete executive candidate experience
- Coordinate with external partners and headhunters when required
- Advise hiring managers on talent market trends and compensation benchmarks
- Consult on executive onboarding best practices
