Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law
- •5–8 years’ experience in reward consulting and project management
- •Familiarity with compensation regulations and disclosure requirements
- •Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills
- •Interest in project‑oriented and interdisciplinary work
- •Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- •Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and coach team members
- •Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
- •Very good MS Office skills
- •Willingness to take ownership and high motivation
- •Ability to support business development and client management
- •Proficiency in compensation structuring and data analytics

- •Lead executive compensation and reward consulting projects
- •Design national and global executive incentive programs
- •Conduct related income tax assessments
- •Advise on compensation disclosure in remuneration reports
- •Ensure compliance with Swiss and international regulations
- •Perform compensation benchmarks and market analyses
- •Create and quality-review client offers and presentations
- •Develop policies, Excel simulations, and memos
- •Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposals
- •Act as a trusted advisor to clients
- •Collaborate with adjacent teams on integrated solutions
- •Lead and coach junior team members
- •Foster knowledge sharing across the team
- •Manage national and international projects end-to-end
