- Familiarity with compensation regulations and disclosure requirements
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills
- Interest in project‑oriented and interdisciplinary work
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and coach team members
- Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
- Very good MS Office skills
- Willingness to take ownership and high motivation
- Ability to support business development and client management
- Proficiency in compensation structuring and data analytics
Aufgaben
- Lead executive compensation and reward consulting projects
- Design national and global executive incentive programs
- Conduct related income tax assessments
- Advise on compensation disclosure in remuneration reports
- Ensure compliance with Swiss and international regulations
- Perform compensation benchmarks and market analyses
- Create and quality-review client offers and presentations
- Develop policies, Excel simulations, and memos
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposals
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Collaborate with adjacent teams on integrated solutions
- Lead and coach junior team members
- Foster knowledge sharing across the team
- Manage national and international projects end-to-end
