- Align events with marketing and communication plans
- Maximize event exposure and impact
- Execute event plans for assigned regions
- Manage logistics and vendor relationships
- Ensure on-site execution for physical and hybrid events
- Comply with global standards and branding guidelines
- Adapt global strategies to local requirements
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications Managers
- Work with local teams to align event activities
- Integrate across Motion divisions for consistent execution
- Align event activities with other Business Area managers
- Provide strategic input for media and PR activation
- Track and analyze event KPIs
- Deliver actionable recommendations for optimization
- Prepare post-event reports
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Monitor event budgets
- Ensure cost efficiency
- Assist with financial reporting
- Handle vendor invoicing
