Aufgaben
- Own ERP product governance model
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners and key stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve global ERP template
- Manage requirements, design guardrails, and fit-to-template decisions
- Establish and run functional release cadence
- Coordinate with Microsoft release cycle and environment planning
- Ensure system support and maintenance
- Manage application support, incident/problem management, and continuous improvement
- Track ERP performance and adoption KPIs
- Drive corrective actions for stability, data quality, and user experience
- Run ERP rollout governance
- Support Digital & IT Steering Committee with transparent status, risks, and decision points
- Coordinate rollout teams across sites
- Deliver predictable cutover, hypercare, and stabilization
- Drive integrated planning across core roles
- Align scope, timeline, environments, and readiness
- Manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure mitigation plans are executed
- Manage vendors and partners
- Control deliverables, quality, and cost
- Act as primary liaison among executive leadership, functional departments, and ERP teams
- Drive organizational adoption through change management and user enablement
- Communicate ERP vision, benefits, and progress to leadership and stakeholders
