- Define and drive ERP roadmap

- Assess and widen process scope
- Translate business needs into requirements
- Act as main interface with stakeholders and partners
- Prioritize and structure requirements
- Implement ERP changes and improvements
- Maintain ERP system reliability
- Manage user roles and access rights
- Build internal ERP and business systems capability
