Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree is a plus
- 8–12 years of experience in ERP and enterprise systems
- 5+ years in senior roles (e.g., ERP Solution Architect, ERP Product or Solution Owner, Senior ERP or Applications Manager)
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a global, multi country environment
- Hands on experience across solution design and operational responsibility
- Demonstrated experience operating within formal governance structures
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a strong advantage
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture or functional certifications
- Enterprise or solution architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF)
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent operational governance certification
- Azure, integration, or Power Platform certifications are a plus
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Strong business acumen combined with technical fluency
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation ability
Aufgaben
- Own complete ERP lifecycle across regions and functions
- Ensure ERP stability, value, and scalability
- Define and maintain design principles and standards
- Ensure adherence to global template
- Review and approve solution designs
- Prepare solution options, impact assessments, and recommendations
- Manage day-to-day ERP platform health
- Handle incidents and problem management
- Monitor SLA performance and usage trends
- Coordinate application support teams and service providers
- Manage ERP lifecycle roadmap
- Plan Microsoft releases and ISV upgrades
- Decommission legacy functionality
- Ensure security, audit, compliance, and NIS2 requirements
- Maintain business continuity and recovery readiness
- Document operational risks
