Aufgaben
- Take ownership of API integration with client ecosystems
- Troubleshoot and resolve recurring technical issues
- Drive issue escalation and problem elimination
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Monitor and ensure API usage for retention and growth
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams
- Identify and explore new technology partnerships
- Design and implement customer onboarding processes
- Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Work with Support on escalated tickets
