Enterprise Sales Lead(m/w/x)
Driving enterprise sales for construction process automation, specifically material data extraction from delivery notes. Building sales teams and processes from scratch in a 0→1 B2B SaaS environment required. Equity options and work from abroad options.
Anforderungen
- 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS with complex, non-transactional sales
- 1+ year of sales leadership experience building, inspiring, motivating and developing an exceptional team
- Experience in 0→1 environments: building sales teams, playbooks, and processes from scratch in a startup or high-growth setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, including selling to executive-level stakeholders in an enterprise format
- Strong network and experience in the DACH market
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and very good English skills
Aufgaben
- Drive top-line growth by managing three largest accounts
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Empower team members through structured coaching and feedback
- Provide hands-on support for deal negotiations
- Develop innovative sales strategies for inbound and outbound motions
- Create scalable playbooks to capture opportunities in the DACH market
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at construction companies
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell potential
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, BDRs, and Customer Success on pipeline generation
- Align messaging and customer feedback loops across teams
- Monitor KPIs and optimize pipeline health
- Implement methodologies to increase win rates and shorten sales cycles
- Represent the company as an innovation driver in digital construction
- Leverage insights to influence product development and marketing positioning
