- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network and experience in the DACH market
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
- Fluency in German and very good English skills
Aufgaben
- Drive top-line growth by closing strategic deals
- Enable the sales team to exceed quotas
- Recruit and mentor sales professionals
- Inspire the team through structured coaching and feedback
- Provide hands-on deal support
- Develop innovative sales strategies for inbound and outbound motions
- Create scalable playbooks for capturing opportunities in the DACH market
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in construction companies
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, BDRs, and Customer Success on pipeline generation
- Align messaging and customer feedback loops
- Monitor KPIs and optimize pipeline health
- Implement methodologies to increase win rates and shorten sales cycles
- Represent the company as an innovation driver in digital construction
- Leverage insights to influence product development and marketing positioning
