- •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- •Strong network and experience in the DACH market
- •Excellent leadership and people management skills
- •Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities
- •Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- •Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
- •Fluency in German and very good English skills

- •Align messaging and customer feedback loops
- •Monitor KPIs and optimize pipeline health
- •Implement methodologies to increase win rates and shorten sales cycles
- •Represent the company as an innovation driver in digital construction
- •Leverage insights to influence product development and marketing positioning
