- Fluency in German
- Successful track record in Enterprise software sales
- Manage sales cycles within complex organizations

- Proven experience acquiring new business
- Thrive in high-velocity situations

- Motivated and tenacious self-starter
- High performance against quota
- Build and execute business plans
- Build and execute sales plays
- Collaborate and co-sell internally
- Familiarity with MEDDPIC
- Familiarity with observability market
- Familiarity with modern application market
Aufgaben
- Drive sales growth through targeted acquisition and expansion
- Nurture and expand relationships with 7 existing customer accounts
- Engage with 18 potential customers to introduce our offerings
- Convert prospects and maintain new accounts for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with sales professionals, SDRs, and partners
- Execute territory plans to maximize revenue potential
- Provide pre-defined SE support based on region
- Acquire new customers and expand Dynatrace usage in existing accounts
- Consult with VP and C-level executives to develop enterprise-wide strategies
- Position Dynatrace effectively against competitors
- Generate market velocity through product demonstrations and events
- Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners
- Work with sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other departments
- Develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer needs
- Ensure successful customer implementations
