Anforderungen
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- Financial crime experience and alignment
- Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and influence senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Planhat, Hubspot
- Fluency in English and German
- Knowledge of AML, financial crime prevention, and EU regulatory frameworks
- Strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

- Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Drive product adoption and retention
- Manage the full customer engagement cycle
- Identify and manage expansion opportunities
- Align solutions with clients' business objectives
- Support clients in understanding product integration
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Monitor account health and address risks proactively
- Prepare and deliver business reviews and performance reports
