Anforderungen

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Successful track record in Enterprise software sales (new business, executive level)
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and compress decision cycles
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills (written, oral, negotiation, presentations)
  • Confidence in building diverse territory plans and leveraging sales ecosystems
  • Proven experience in new business acquisition
  • Ability to thrive in high-velocity situations and act with urgency
  • Motivated, tenacious self-starter delivering high performance against quota (VP/C-level relationships)
  • Ability to build and execute business plans and sales plays
  • Ability to collaborate and co-sell internally (familiarity with MEDDPIC)
  • Familiarity with observability and modern application market

Aufgaben

  • Drive sales growth through targeted acquisition efforts
  • Acquire new logo customers
  • Establish Dynatrace in new markets
  • Engage with approximately 85 potential customers
  • Introduce offerings to potential customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Organize in-market events
  • Lead account-specific initiatives
  • Execute territory plans to maximize revenue
  • Oversee approximately 5 existing accounts
  • Nurture existing customer relationships
  • Expand partnerships with existing accounts
  • Maintain converted customer accounts
  • Expand Dynatrace usage within accounts
  • Explore upselling opportunities for solutions
  • Explore cross-selling opportunities for solutions
  • Consult with VP and C-level executives
  • Develop enterprise-wide strategies
  • Implement enterprise-wide strategies
  • Position Dynatrace against competitors
  • Develop contact networks within named accounts
  • Develop contact networks with channel partners
  • Collaborate with sales professionals, SDRs, and partners
  • Collaborate with Dynatrace functional teams
  • Develop customer solution strategies
  • Execute customer solution strategies
  • Ensure successful customer implementations
