Anforderungen
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in marketing, sales, access, commercial operations in pharmaceutical or management consulting
- Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven track record in commercial strategy and execution, launch excellence, portfolio management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Exposure to multiple markets and diverse healthcare systems
- Depth of Therapeutic Area expertise in Vaccines & Infectious Diseases, coupled with Intercontinental region experience
- Depth of Marketing, Market Access understanding and P&L management, fundamental understanding of Intercontinental business
- Leadership and Impact: Proven track record of high-performance launches and driving business results
- Collaboration & Influence without authority: Strong collaboration skills, within and cross divisional teams
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate messages across enterprise and all levels
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex data and create clear patient and customer centric strategies
- Challenging Status Quo: Ability to push past internal obstacles to drive initiatives forward
Aufgaben
- Lead and represent the Intercontinental Vaccines & Infectious Disease franchise
- Coordinate the IC franchise community and squads across regions
- Drive strategic alignment and execution across markets and sub-regions
- Represent IC perspectives in global discussions and governance
- Build strong partnerships with global, regional, and local stakeholders
- Consolidate global strategies into actionable regional priorities
- Monitor and report business performance across the portfolio
- Identify and address risks and opportunities proactively
- Ensure disciplined execution of financial and strategic objectives
- Coordinate regional efforts for launch readiness and excellence
- Drive lifecycle management and portfolio optimization
- Support execution of both launch and in-line assets
- Lead 1–2 high-impact cross-regional strategic initiatives
- Advance capabilities and improve execution models
- Unlock growth across Intercontinental markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects
