Aufgaben
- Deploy and execute country capability building strategy
- Localize and implement global capability programs and curricula
- Optimize capability excellence, agility, and knowledge retention
- Drive performance improvement through measurable learning experiences
- Lead capability strategy deployment and 12-24 month roadmap
- Translate global strategy into role-based capability requirements
- Deliver and coordinate function-agnostic capabilities
- Conduct and monitor training sessions
- Assess and prioritize country-specific capability gaps
- Orchestrate capability building programs to avoid duplication
- Synchronize capability focus with business strategic moments
- Execute external trends landscape overview
- Localize and deploy globally developed training curricula
- Operationalize and ensure adherence to capability standards
- Advance capabilities through technology integration
- Support change management and new technology adoption
- Manage end-to-end learning journeys
- Localize and deploy global curricula
- Coordinate country curricula rollout and timing
- Monitor program adoption and effectiveness
- Ensure trainings are delivered and KPIs are met
- Embed capabilities into country routines and ways of working
- Support functional leaders in role modeling and reinforcing capabilities
- Monitor capability building adoption and effectiveness
- Adjust capability roadmap based on insights
- Retire low-value activities and maintain high-impact focus
- Partner with country functional leadership
- Align capability needs with process and tool changes
- Manage external vendor partnerships
- Ensure efficient budget management and vendor selection
- Operate vendor management for program delivery
- Localize and deploy global marketing curricula
- Integrate learning into brand planning and commercial cycles
- Reinforce standard marketing ways of working and tools
- Focus on future marketing capabilities
- Stay updated on external marketing trends
- Track marketing capability maturity and adoption
- Feed insights into roadmap planning
