Director, Portfolio Lead Intercontinental – Pharma / Specialty(m/w/x)
Leading Intercontinental Pharma/Specialty franchise as IC spokesperson and community coordinator. Strategic alignment and execution across markets required. Annual bonus, relocation support, and comprehensive healthcare.
Anforderungen
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in marketing, sales, access, commercial operations in pharma or management consulting
- Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven track record in commercial strategy and execution, launch excellence, portfolio management, leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Exposure to multiple markets and diverse healthcare systems
- Depth of Therapeutic Area expertise in Pharma/Specialty, coupled with Intercontinental region experience
- Depth of Marketing, Market Access understanding and P&L management, fundamental understanding of Intercontinental business
- High-performance launches and driving business results
- Strong collaboration skills within commercial and cross-divisional teams
- Ability to clearly articulate messages across enterprise and all levels
- Ability to analyze complex data and create clear patient and customer centric strategies
- Ability to push past internal obstacles to drive initiatives forward
Aufgaben
- Lead as IC spokesperson for Pharma/Specialty franchise
- Coordinate IC franchise community and squads across regions
- Drive strategic alignment and execution across markets and sub-regions
- Represent IC in global discussions and governance
- Build strong partnerships with global, regional, and local stakeholders
- Consolidate global strategies into actionable regional priorities
- Monitor and report business performance across the portfolio
- Identify risks and opportunities, drive proactive course correction
- Ensure disciplined execution of financial and strategic objectives
- Coordinate regional efforts for launch readiness and excellence
- Drive lifecycle management and portfolio optimization
- Support execution of launch and in-line assets
- Lead 1–2 cross-regional strategic projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for localizations
- Support commercial business development
- Facilitate above-market partnerships
- Deploy capabilities in coordination with Access, Policy, BD, DHH
