- 10+ years of Cloud professional services experience
- 4+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting
- Ability to lead with a consultative approach
- Hands-on experience in leading deals to closure
- Experience with end-to-end engagement
- Proven creation and development of Consult patterns
- Experienced in establishing and leading a Consult organization
- Proven track record in winning Land- and Expand Projects
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Experience in Cloud professional services
- Deep understanding of Hyperscaler Services
- Strong architecture methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Understanding of key business drivers in certain industries
- Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum

Aufgaben
- Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
- Manage sustained growth and profitability while overseeing margin expectations
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Negotiate scopes and fees for engagements while managing risk
- Build and maintain relationships with client CXOs as a trusted advisor
- Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives
- Advise on complex consulting engagements with credibility
- Enhance client satisfaction and secure client references
- Achieve individual and team utilization targets
- Design and oversee complex engagements to ensure high performance
- Foster a culture of continuous development and innovation
- Align with Kyndryl’s strategic vision and contribute to its execution
- Drive innovation and establish a strong brand in the industry
- Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital
