Anforderungen

  • Deep knowledge of payments ecosystem (acquiring, processing, terminals, gateways, omnichannel commerce)
  • Ability to guide SMB/enterprise merchants through complex payment journeys
  • Leadership skills
  • 8+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
  • Experience within payments, acquiring, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
  • Deep understanding of payments value chain (acquiring, processing, terminals, gateways, settlement, risk)
  • Proven leadership experience managing customer-facing teams
  • Strong knowledge of DACH payments landscape
  • Strong knowledge of merchant needs
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption, retention, revenue growth
  • Fluent German
  • Fluent English
  • Strong executive-level communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute regional strategies for customer value, adoption, and retention.
  • Advise SMB, enterprise merchants, PSPs, and acquiring partners.
  • Lead strategic business reviews.
  • Ensure customers understand Verifone's payment and acquiring capabilities.
  • Guide customers through complex payment flows and integrations.
  • Optimize customer acceptance rates and payment performance.
  • Translate regulatory and scheme changes into customer guidance.
  • Build, coach, and scale high-performing customer success teams.
  • Establish payments-tailored KPIs, processes, and frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of advocacy, accountability, and improvement.
  • Drive adoption of Verifone's platforms, devices, and services.
  • Monitor customer health.
  • Proactively mitigate customer risks.
  • Ensure seamless customer renewals.
  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Provide customer feedback for product and service enhancements.
  • Support commercial teams with technical and strategic insights.
  • Implement scalable customer success processes and practices.
  • Track key customer success metrics.
  • Report on key customer success metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulatory and security standards.
